Our Office Manager, Joyce Fuentes, is committed to making every patient’s visit a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Her warm and empathetic communication style ensures that patients feel heard and valued, helping to establish strong patient-practitioner relationships. Outside of her professional role in the office, Joyce stays busy with her seashell tour business, She Finds Seashells on the beaches of Sanibel Island. She enjoys an active lifestyle that includes walking, dancing, crafting, and cooking and collecting seashells.
Joyce moved to Fort Myers two years ago from Kansas City where she was born and raised. She is an avid KC Chiefs fan, “How ‘bout those Chiefs!!” She is the proud mother of two adult children, Madeline and Michael. She is a grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren: Logan, Charlotte and Sawyer.

Heather Parris
Heather Parris serves as our Finance and Billing Manager, bringing her exceptional attention to detail and financial expertise to our chiropractic office. Originally from Miami and raised on the east coast of Florida, Heather moved to Fort Myers with her twin daughters in 2008. She holds a business degree from Palm Beach State College and brings over 20 years of experience in business management and customer service to our team.
Heather expertly oversees all aspects of our practice’s financial operations, including accounting, billing, accounts receivable, and the revenue cycle. Her background enables her to efficiently manage operations and track key performance indicators to ensure our practice’s stability.
Despite her busy role, Heather’s friendly and welcoming nature shines through in all her interactions, and she’s always ready to assist with any billing questions or concerns.
When she’s not at work, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her daughters, boating, going to the beach, traveling, and cuddling with her beloved pup, Kali.

Savannah Harmon
Savannah Harmon is the welcoming face you see when you enter our chiropractic office. As our Front Desk Receptionist, she plays a crucial role in ensuring that each patient’s visit is smooth and stress-free. Her warm demeanor and organizational skills make her an invaluable part of our team.
Savannah is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Her academic background in this field gives her a deeper understanding of the body’s mechanics, enhancing her ability to assist patients and support Dr Chip.
Savannah’s dedication to health and wellness, both in her studies and her work, reflects her passion for helping others achieve their best physical condition. Whether scheduling appointments, managing patient records, or answering your questions, Savannah is here to ensure that your experience with us is as comfortable and efficient as possible.
During her time away from the office, she is often at the gym or cuddling with her kitten, Lando.

Kendra Conard
Kendra handles our marketing and video content at Gulfshore Chiropractic. As our Social Media Manager and Video Creator, she produces engaging videos that highlight our commitment to wellness and patient care.
Originally from Wisconsin, Kendra now relishes the sunny Florida lifestyle, embracing her love for the beach and outdoor activities, and treasures quality time with her daughter.
With a strong passion for video creation and a commitment to her role, Kendra ensures our clinic’s messages are both impactful and informative, enhancing the patient experience each day.

Amber Shemansky
Amber Shemansky, originally from Arkansas, attended the University of Arkansas where she had dreams of a pre-med career, however, her life took a different turn when she met her husband, Chip, while on vacation visiting her parents. She relocated back to SW Florida to support her husband in realizing his dreams, leading to their joint venture in founding Gulfshore Chiropractic Clinics.Amber wears multiple hats at Gulfshore Chiropractic Clinics, managing finances, marketing, location expansion, and personnel. Beyond the clinic, Amber is an entrepreneur, overseeing BluZone Organics' creation, which started as organic topical pain reliever and has grown to include natural products like deodorants and bug sprays.
She also teamed up with her husband and their son, Preston, to establish the non-profit organization 'I am Ready to Play SWFL.' This foundation is dedicated to collecting gently used sports equipment and distributing it to families facing financial challenges. Sports have played a significant role in her husband's life, where he set a drug-free world record in bench pressing, and in their son's life, who excels as a dual-sport D1 athlete at USF. Amber believes that sports offer invaluable opportunities to those who might not otherwise have access. Unfortunately, sports participation has seen a 45% decline over the past two decades, often due to the high costs associated with participation fees and equipment.Fun Facts: Amber is also a martial arts state champion in Tae Ho Ru, a form of jujitsu, excelling in both sparring and kata. She often likes to playfully remind her husband that he isn't the only record holder in the family! :)
Her love for travel has taken her on adventures all over the globe, visiting five of the seven continents with Vietnam and Iceland holding a special place in her heart as her two favorite countries where delicious food and unworldly scenery prevails.
